The Group-Analytic Literature and Media Seminar is a novel method of literature and media teaching. It is based on a group-dynamic process of free association and free interaction in the seminar, in which the students engage in an exchange about their personal reading of a text or film. The seminar is followed by a module of analytic text analysis as well as by a module which methodically analyzes the group-session itself on the basis of the audio record.
